The Irish Copyright Licensing Agency
The Irish Copyright Licensing Agency (ICLA) provides a licensing scheme for Higher Education Institutions which is certified under Section 57C of the Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000 (as amended). Under this scheme, the ICLA charges each institution a fee for a licence allowing the use and sharing of copyright material for research and teaching purposes, as outlined in the terms of the licence agreement.
