How to book your study space

Library staff no longer print student cards see instructions on uploading your photo below.

How to get your Student ID Card

Students must upload their photograph and a card will be posted to the address on their IT, Sligo registration record.

The link for uploading student photographs is:       Upload Student Photograph

The instructions for uploading student photographs are:    Instructions for Student Photo Upload

(Please Note:  There may be some confusion regarding the PIN for accessing the photo upload.  The PIN is not the same as your IT Sligo password which you use for accessing Moodle.  It is a PIN sent to you which allows you to access the registration process.  If you have lost or forgotten the PIN, go to the Upload Student Photograph link, Click to enter the Secure Area and then you can Click here for help with login.  You will then be able to enter your College ID which is your student number (S000.....).  Then a new PIN will be sent to your IT, Sligo email address.  You can access your IT, Sligo email at - Student Hub.  To access your student email, you do use the same login and password you use for Moodle (ie not the PIN).  Once you have retrieved the PIN from your IT, Sligo email you should be able to access the secure area and upload your photograph.)

Please Note:  User ID and College ID both refer to your student number (S000......)

Please Note:   It is important that the Institute has an accurate postal address for you.  This is where the Institute will send your ID Card.  If your address is not correct, you can correct it by following these instructions:  Instructions for Correcting Address
